With our innovative low-cost model and passion for helping out the little guys, there’s no stopping us; we want to be the preferred choice for low-cost recruitment in Australia and New Zealand among small and medium-sized businesses.
We provide a remote service to all our clients that requires very little tangible resources. We work in suburban offices and recruit staff locally. So, we rarely drive or fly to clients, we don’t require clients or candidates to come to us, our staff avoid extensive commutes and we transport very few goods or materials.
A simple step, we purchase renewable energy in the form of wind, solar and other renewable sources to provide 100% of the electricity to our business.
We work from a modern, eco friendly building designed for minimal environmental impact. Our office is proud to be Australia’s first strata building to commit to a 5-Star Australian Greenhouse Rating. For us, that comes at the costs of a couple of creature comforts like hot water in the kitchen, but we manage!
